Provectus Announces First Quarter 2024 Conference Call for February 22nd at 3 pm ET
Company also engages irlabs for investor relations services
First Quarter 2024 Conference Call
On Thursday, Provectus announced that it will host a conference call starting at 3 p.m. EST on Thursday, February 22, 2024, to provide business updates. The conference call may be accessed by registering in advance through this link or dialing 1-800-319-4610 (in the U.S.) or 1-604-638-5340 (outside the U.S.). The Company also filed a related 8-K in connection with the call’s announcement.
As we said during Provectus’s 2023 annual stockholder meeting in Knoxville in June, the Company was planning to communicate with shareholders in periodic, regular, virtual meeting/conference call settings in the future. Next Thursday’s call represents the first of these.
Provectus plans to make a recording of the conference call available on the Company’s website after the call (the Business Update webpage under the Investors page).
Provectus also plans to post the conference call’s script on its Substack afterwards.
irlabs
On Wednesday, Provectus announced that it had engaged IR Labs (irlabs) to develop an investor relations and corporate communications program for the Company as Provectus seeks to increase its investor communication and engagement and expand the Company’s visibility and outreach to the investment community. Headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, you can learn more about irlabs from its website and this recent YouTube interview of company founders Alyssa Barry and Caroline Sawamoto.
Provectus was introduced to irlabs in July 2023 by a proxy advisory firm, engaging in a lengthy discussion with Alyssa, Caroline, and their team to assess whether they were the right firm and fit for the Company as we develop the necessary story telling and messaging for what Provectus wants to say. Smartly crafting the Company’s narrative is the precedent step before working to increase Provectus’s visibility and engagement with stakeholders beyond our shareholders, including potential investors, financial and other media, and equity analysts.
A key element of Provectus’s relationship with irlabs, at the appropriate time, would be direct engagement with potential retail and institutional investors through irlabs’s channels and networks. This experience would serve to prepare Provectus for eventual, broader investor engagement beyond that facilitated by irlabs.
